Pesto Mozzarella Chicken!
This dish is so easy to make and tastes really good. It has a fresh Italian flavor!
8 chicken tenderloins (or 4 chicken breasts)
1 jar of Mezzetta Napa Valley Pesto (homemade style basil)
2-3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Spray glass dish with pam spray. Place chicken side by side. Spread Pesto generously across each chicken tenderloin.
Place slices of Roma tomatoes across the pesto.
Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
