Sun Dried Tomato & Pesto Bruschetta Bread
A delicious addition to any meal or as a stand alone appetizer, it is full of flavor!
1 fresh baked french bread loaf
1 Roma Tomato (I sliced mine in the food processor)
mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 jar of Mezzetta Napa Valley Pesto (homemade style basil)
1 jar of Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta (Delallo Brand)
Spray baking sheet with Pam spray.
Cut french bread into slices about an inch thick
Spread 1 tbsp. pesto onto bread slices
Spread on 1 tbsp. of sun dried tomato bruschetta onto bread slices. Top with roma tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
