Cinnamon Pecan Bread

It is delicious! I have made this in the past to take to relatives houses for the holidays.
You can bake yours as a whole loaf, if preferred. I made mine into mini loaves.
Pillsbury Italian Loaf, refrigerated dough
3 tbs. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Open the Italian loaf dough and roll it into a nice rectangle shape.
Using a pastry brush, top dough with butter.
Add sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
Fold all 4 sides in.
I sliced mine into 6 slices. Use Pam spray on your pan.
Brush a little more butter on the top and sprinkle a dash of pecans, sugar, and cinnamon
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 3-5 minutes just to brown the tops of the bread.
Let cool and drizzle with icing!
