Detox Bath Recipe

Recipe:

1/3 c. Epsom salt

1/3 c. sea salt

1/3 c. baking soda

2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 c. apple cider

Essential Oils, if desired

Pour bath water. As water is filling the tub, add the dry ingredients & vinegar. Soak in bath for up to 30 minutes. Use caution when exiting the tub, you may feel weak or light headed for a few minutes. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
