The first time I was introduced to stuffed tomatoes was when our best friends came over for a 4th of July pool party. I saw them and was amazed! The grill gives food nice flavor!
stove top stuffing, savory herbs flavor
Clean pulp and seeds out of inside of tomatoes
Make stove top stuffing as directed on box.
(Personally, I skip the butter and add the same amount in water, for a lower fat version)
Let stuffing cool and stuff into tomatoes.
Sprinkle onion and garlic powder on them.
Grill for ten minutes & serve.
