Stuffed Pork Chops

This is one of my husband’s favorites, Stuffed Pork Chops! It’s an easy recipe, too. I put mine in the slow cooker for the day.

Boneless Pork Chops, Thick Cut
Stove Top Stuffing, Savory Herb flavor
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup (or you can substitute for Cream of Mushroom if you prefer!)
2 cans water (I use the soup cans to measure.)
Cut through the middle of the pork chop to form a pouch.
Make the Stovetop Stuffing
(to keep mine a little lower in fat, I omit the butter & water measurements from the Stovetop box directions. I make mine only using 1 3/4 cup water, skipping the butter altogether.)
Let cool.
Stuff the pork chops with stuffing.
Mix 2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup with 2 cans of water well, pour into crock pot.
Carefully place the pork chops into the crock pot. Sprinkle with Onion & Garlic powder.
Let cook 6 hours on low.
Hope you Enjoy them!
